Pan- Am Clean Rest Room Award Flange Sign

I've never seen anything like this. Porcelain flange sign with a lot of flaws but still really cool. It's as american as you can get, red, white and blue. It looks like it got real close to something very hot as part of flame porcelain is melted. Not a lot of money for something this rare.
